WA Country Health Service is seeking three bold and visionary leaders for the role of Executive Director – Goldfields, Midwest & Wheatbelt.
About the Role
The Executive Director is a senior leadership role within WA Country Health Service (WACHS), responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of publicly funded health services across three diverse regions.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working as part of the WACHS Executive, you’ll ensure services are responsive to community needs, delivered within budget, and meet high standards of safety and quality.
WACHS is always looking at ways to strengthen district health services and local leadership. As Executive Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping future transformation, helping build a more agile, integrated and community-focused health system.
This is a rare opportunity to lead at scale, drive meaningful change, and improve health outcomes across regional and remote Western Australia.
