Customer Focused Lending Specialist
The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage administration process. This includes processing loan applications, calculating interest reconstructions, and arranging settlements. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to identify issues and work through to effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing advice and assistance to clients regarding loan payout figures, break out costs, loan statements, and loan terms.
* Calculating and processing interest reconstructions to mortgage accounts.
* Processing mortgage insurance payments and refunds related to loan applications.
* Actioning and preparing requests to discharge securities.
* Attending to settlements including liaising with solicitors and mortgagees.
* Arranging for production of documents for registration.
Requirements:
* A positive and can-do attitude.
* Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills both verbally and written.
* The ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a structured banking environment.
