This role suits someone with strong refinery or processing plant experience who can coordinate maintenance activities and shutdown work in a live operational environment.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Coordinator to support maintenance and shutdown activities within a refinery environment based in Kwinana.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks across complex processing plant equipment, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and aligned with operational priorities.
The role will work closely with maintenance, planning and operations teams to support both day to day maintenance activities and shutdown outage execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating maintenance activities across refinery and processing plant equipment
* Supporting shutdown planning and outage execution activities
* Working closely with planners, supervisors and operations teams
* Ensuring maintenance work is executed safely and efficiently
* Monitoring work progress and resolving coordination issues
* Supporting work management processes within SAP
What You’ll Bring
* Strong background coordinating maintenance activities in refinery or processing plant environments
* Experience managing shutdown outages
* SAP experience highly regarded
* Strong understanding of maintenance execution and work management
* Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in live operational environments
* Must have the right to work in Australia
