Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic HR transformation program, including the implementation and optimisation of HRMIS platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics HR.
In this role, you will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to analyse current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and support the delivery of a modern, scalable HRIS solution aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across HR and HRMIS transformation initiatives
Analyse current HR processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications
Support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics HR and related HR systems
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change-related activities
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on HR transformation or HRIS projects
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and workforce lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics HR, HRMIS platforms, or similar enterprise systems
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a flexible, hybrid, and delivery-focused environment
