About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead and work in a dynamic environment as a Nurse at a leading blood and bio-products provider.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding patients through medical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
* Interview potential patients to assess their eligibility and suitability for treatment
* Provide clinical oversight and guide other team members in the medical process
* Complete routine medical tests and assessments
* Set up equipment and supplies
* Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
* Manage patient reactions by providing instructions and physical assistance
* Monitor patients post-treatment and assist them to schedule follow-up appointments
You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing assessment and maintenance of quality and safety standards in accordance with industry best practice
* Training and supporting other staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

What You'll Need:
* Diploma or Bachelor degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster
