The Role As an Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager) in People Consulting, you will lead and deliver workforce strategy and organisation design projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges, delivering impactful results.
This position is based in Naarm – Melbourne, with flexible options for candidates in Gadigal – Sydney or Meanjin – Brisbane. Flexibility in working hours is available; please discuss options with us.
Key Responsibilities Deliver client projects by defining and achieving project outcomes in collaboration with EY colleagues and clients.
Support clients by analyzing workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations; build and maintain client relationships.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for EY contributions.
At Manager level, additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading project teams, and owning solution design from end to end.
Qualifications and Attributes Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design.
Client-focused with proactive communication skills; experience in professional or internal consulting is desirable.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder networks.
Commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
