ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CPD Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and subject matter experts, you will support the end‐to‐end coordination and delivery of learning activities across face‐to‐face, virtual, and blended formats.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, high‐quality learning experiences that support member outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver CPD programs end‐to‐end by coordinating schedules, facilitators, materials, systems, and logistics across multiple delivery formats
* Support facilitators and stakeholders to ensure learning activities run smoothly and align with quality and accreditation standards
* Manage operational delivery activities, including system setup, session coordination, communications, and post‐event processes
* Ensure compliance and accuracy across CPD records, reporting, and documentation
* Identify and resolve delivery issues proactively to ensure a positive participant experience
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery processes and enhance efficiency
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in learning delivery, education operations, events coordination, or a similar role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution‐focused mindset
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with a range of stakeholders
* Comfortable using digital systems such as learning management systems, event platforms, or similar tools
* An interest in professional education or adult learning environments is highly regarded
