This role involves providing general receptionist and administrative support to a busy legal practice, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and visitors, and managing mail and email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clerical assistance to legal professionals in conveyancing, property law, and criminal law
* File, scan, and photocopy legal documents
* Update and maintain client databases
* Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
