Job Overview:
The Futures Shaping Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies tailored to the specific needs of internal and external APJ customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement sales enablement strategies to meet the evolving needs of APJ customers and partners.
* Collaborate with field leadership to identify requirements and deliver customized content that meets the unique needs of various teams and markets.
* Develop new enablement content, including programs focused on product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, leadership development, and other areas.
* Work closely with subject matter experts to create core sales training and enablement curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated progressive experience in a software sales or sales enablement role.
* Ability to consistently meet deadlines and execute projects with positive impact from stakeholders.
* Proven track record of building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
* Experience working in software sales or sales enablement, preferably with expertise in DevOps and/or Open Source.
