Learning Solutions Specialist
This role plays a critical part in analyzing training requirements and designing compelling, effective, and scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate current learning gaps and develop content for various business units.
* Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning objectives.
* Design and create engaging training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning modules, lesson plans, and training videos.
* Apply adult learning theories and utilize evaluation strategies based on Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 to assess training effectiveness.
* Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts across departments to align learning outcomes with business needs.
* Maintain and update training content according to business changes and regulatory requirements.
* Interface with the Learning Management System (LMS) and other internal data systems.
* Pilot, test, and troubleshoot eLearning modules for performance and user experience improvements.
* Ensure training materials adhere to corporate branding and instructional design templates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Needs analysis and curriculum development.
* Proficiency with Articulate (Storyline or Rise).
* Strong understanding of learning evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick model preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
