As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Admin Assistant to join our tight‑knit Cairns‑based crew. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers and partners. You’ll support day‑to‑day operations across the business, ensuring jobs run smoothly from enquiry to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and monitoring Ergon applications and requests
* Coordinating warranty requests and documentation
* Handling job creation, job management and data entry within our systems
* Supporting basic scheduling and liaising with on‑site electricians and installation teams
* Managing leads, customer enquiries, and inbound calls
* Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the network provider
* Assisting with general office duties, filing, ordering and admin support

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a patient, reliable and well‑organised team player who takes pride in providing high‑quality support.
* Previous experience in a busy administration or customer service position within an electrical, solar or a similar related trade environment
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Knowledge of Simpro or similar job management software (preferred)
* Proficiency across Microsoft Office tools incl. Teams, Office, Outlook & Excel
* Experience with Xero is beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* A friendly attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the business
Bonus points for:
* Experience supporting trades, technicians, or field teams
* Understanding of solar workflows, warranties, or network applications
