A international business based in the west is seeking an experience Accounts Payable Officer hit the ground running during a period of growth. You'll be reporting into the Finance manager and joining a close-knit team where adaptability, attention to detail, and a calm approach to deadlines are key.
There is potential for this role to move to a permanent basis
The role:
* Managing the AP Inbox for an overseas business
* Processing invoices
* Credit card reconciliations
* Reviewing coding of invoices
* Process weekly payment runs
* Review any invoice discrepancies
* Setting up vendors
* Escalate AP queries
What we are looking for:
* Previous AP experience
* Usage of an OCR tool
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written communication skills and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience with international payments is desirable
* Experience with a large ERP system and is highly desirable
* Comfortable jumping in and picking things up quickly
