About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full‑time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Claremont boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high‑performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations
* Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
* Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest‑first experience
* Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
* Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting
* Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
* Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar retail business
* Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures
* Skin‑care experience ideal but not essential
