You'll collaborate with the Administration Manager and other operational teams to maintain a safe and structured environment.RequiredThe Administration Officer is responsible for providing administration support and assisting the site with rostering to provide effective coordination and rostering of the operational areas, visits processing, switchboard, and other general administrative areas as required you'll make a positive impact by:Coordinating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure optimal shift coverageSupporting professional visit scheduling and handling general visit inquiriesManaging switchboard operations and fielding incoming calls with professionalismCompleting data entry and supporting key administrative processes including medical adminLiaising with operational managers and workforce management teams to support daily staffing needsUpholding confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all administrative functionsYour Ideal Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAccuracy and efficiency within systemsA high level of professionalism, integrity, and helpful phone demeanourThe ability to interact with a range of stakeholders and maintain confidentialityKnowledge of rostering and payroll systems is highly desirablePlease NoteThis position carries trust and responsibility.
