Harrisdale Senior High School (SHS) is one of the largest schools in Western Australia, attracting students from diverse geographic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. With a student population of over 2200, approximately 180 teaching staff, and 70 support staff, the school offers an inclusive and comprehensive education for Years 7 to 12. It is the school of choice for many local and international families.

The Role
Harrisdale SHS is seeking a passionate and committed Design and Technologies teacher to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving and growing school community that values innovation, creativity, and excellence in teaching and learning.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience teaching across Years 7 to 12, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons in one or more Design and Technologies contexts—particularly Metal. Experience with Senior School courses is desirable.
We are looking for a dynamic educator who ideally:
* Is confident in delivering curriculum that fosters problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking;
* Can inspire students through inclusive and hands-on learning experiences;
* Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
