About the Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them find the right waste management solutions for their needs. You'll work from our modern office environment, connecting with businesses across the region to grow our customer base and support existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements
* Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
* Meet individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
