Centre Director Role
We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to join our team as Centre Director at Goodstart Shepparton - Bourchier Street.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of $51.73 - $70 (dependent on qualification) + Super.

As a Centre Director, you will be at the heart of our leadership team, supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre. You will build strong relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the impact of your role in their lives.
Your Responsibilities:
* You will deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* You will build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* You will work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
About Goodstart Shepparton – Bourchier Street:
* The centre is conveniently located next to Bourchier Street Primary School.
* As the second Centre Director, you will join an established leadership team working alongside the current Director and CLT.
* Near to sister centre – Archer Street, for support and peer networking.
* The centre has a long tenure and experienced Team, a large waitlist, and the ability to build occupancy quickly.

Requirements:
* A Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education (or working towards).
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
