Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, client support, sales and or account management.
* A passion for books, audiobooks, and digital content.
* Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new digital systems
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
* Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
* Experience in a tech business, bookselling or digital publishing is an advantage.
