The Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Mentor and guide your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations and best practices.
