We're partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Brisbane's central region, currently undergoing a major site restructure. This has created opportunities for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a stable, long‐term team.

The role
Working in a fast‐paced FMCG production environment, you will:
* Carry out mechanical maintenance, breakdowns & repairs
* Perform preventative maintenance across production lines
* Work on processing and packaging equipment
* Support production to minimise downtime
* Collaborate closely with electricians and operations teams
What you'll need
* Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
* Minimum 3+ years FMCG or industrial manufacturing experience
* Strong fault‐finding and maintenance skills in production environments
* Experience working on high‐speed machinery and processing lines
* Oxy welding – essential
* Reliable, team‐oriented attitude
* Willingness to work overtime when required
Nice to have
* Experience in food or beverage manufacturing
* Forklift licence
* Exposure to CMMS systems (MEX or similar)
