Paragon Seafood is seeking for an experienced and skilled Cook for George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant – Sanctuary Cove
For the right candidate, the position will be on a full-time basis.
You will be required to do the following:
· Preparations of meals
· Check quality and quantity of food, seasons, portions, garnishes, add gravies and sauces as required
· Regulate temperature of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
· Ensuring that food is kept and serviced at correct temperatures
· Use and maintain kitchen equipment including stoves, grills, ovens etc
· Other necessary duties as a Cook
To be considered for the role:
· Minimum 2 years' experience
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
