About Us
We're opening a brand-new Italian restaurant in Kirra, and we're building a top-tier team to bring it to life. We'll be open 6 nights a week for dinner only, and this is your chance to join a growing hospitality group with venues already established up the coast.
HEAD CHEF
What You'll Do:
* Design seasonal menus rooted in Italian tradition
* Ensure top-tier food quality, hygiene, and presentation
* Manage inventory, suppliers, and kitchen operations
What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a Head Chef role
* Deep knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Creativity, reliability, and a team-first mindset
PIZZA CHEF (Pizzaiolo)
What You'll Do:
* Confident working with high hydration dough and able to hand-stretch to order
* We use a roasting/deck pizza oven – so no woodfire experience needed
* Master dough technique and consistency
* Maintain speed and consistency during service
* Collaborate on pizza menu development
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo in an Italian kitchen
* Expertise in traditional and modern pizza-making
* Passion for authentic flavours and fresh ingredients
* Immediate availability preferred
