If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, lead with confidence, and love bringing clarity to complexity, this is your role. Our clients are exciting projects in workspaces, industrial, hospitality, medical projects and more

What You'll Be Doing

* Manage contract documentation, design coordination, approvals, procurement, and subcontractor appointments.
* Oversee site delivery through regular meetings, tracking progress, quality, safety, and cost performance.
* Issue variations, progress claims, completion documentation, and final invoicing.
* Ensure a smooth client handover and manage defects through to final sign‑off.
* Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and consultants.
* Lead progress meetings, manage expectations, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate closely with design, procurement, finance, and project teams for seamless project execution.
* Manage weekly resourcing and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
* Mentor junior project managers and support their development.
* Lead by example with calm guidance, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

About You

You're an experienced project leader with the capability and confidence to manage complex commercial fit‑outs from design to delivery.

You'll bring:

* 8+ years in commercial fit‑out project management across workplace, hospitality, industrial or asset side
* Strong communication, presentation, and client‑management skills
* Proven negotiation and problem‑solving ability
* Excellent judgement and independence
* High‑level organisation, time management, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams
* Commercial and financial literacy
* A collaborative leadership style that uplifts others
* Alignment with Cachet's values: Joy, Integrity, Excellence

Benefits

* Extra days off – Birthday leave + wellness leave
* Regular team events and celebrations
* Work with leading global and local brands on exciting projects
* Clear career pathways and leadership development
* Charity and volunteering initiatives
* A people‑first culture with cross‑regional collaboration

At Cachet, you'll join a supportive, ambitious, design‑driven environment with real opportunities to grow.

If you're ready to take the next step in your PM career and lead some of Sydney's most exciting commercial interior projects, we'd love to hear from you.
