Itrafic Traffic Management is seeking Traffic Controllers and TMA Operators to join our spray seal crews. These roles involve travel across Gippsland and the outer eastern regions of Victoria, with Living Away from Home (LAHA) applicable when required. Award rates apply.
About the Role
- Work on spray seal crews delivering safe and compliant traffic management.
- Traffic Controllers – responsible for safe and effective site operations.
- TMA Operators – required to also assist with site implementation when TMAs are not in use.
- Team-based work environment with long hours and travel involved.

What We’re Looking For
- Current traffic management tickets (TMA accreditation for operators).
- Preference given to those with prior spray seal crew experience.
- Strong teamwork, safety focus, and willingness to travel.
- Reliable and flexible with work hours.
