Aviation Security Professional Role
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a passion for customer service who are interested in pursuing a career in airport security.
* Play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of air travel by implementing consistent security practices.
* Work collaboratively with a diverse team of security professionals to create a safe and secure airport environment.
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting thorough searches of passengers and their possessions to ensure compliance with security protocols.
* Managing access to security-sensitive areas, including undertaking physical searches and identifying prohibited items.
* Coordinating the efficient flow of passengers through security screening processes.
* Demonstrating effective communication and decision-making skills to ensure seamless operations.
* Providing high-quality customer service to all passengers.
We are looking for individuals with:
* Experience in customer service or a keen interest in working in a dynamic airport environment.
* A willingness to commit to complete training to gain certification in transport security protection or currently hold a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection.
* The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screenings and medical assessments.
* The ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance in the past 10 years).
* A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
