We are seeking skilled and experienced machine operators to join our team.
The role involves working in various locations across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia. Our clients are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their experience and skill set within the civil industry.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, experienced, reliable, and able to work independently and follow tasks given by site teams. They should also have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Some of the key responsibilities of the job include:
* All-round Plant Operators: Experience in operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, and water trucks is essential. Relevant tickets and HR Licenses are required.
* Excavator Operators: This role requires relevant tickets, HR License, and White Card. The operator should have experience with GPS and be able to operate different machines.
* Culvert/Pipe Laying/Drainage Experience: This is an important aspect of the job, and candidates with experience in this area are preferred.
* Loader / All-Round Operators: Relevant tickets, HR License, and White Card are required for this role. Candidates should also have experience with operating different machines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Construction experience in civil labouring (multi-skilled and ticketed)
* White Card (essential)
* Relevant tickets for machine operations
* Culvert/Pipe Laying/Drainage Experience
* GPS Experience on machines (a big advantage)
* Recent Verification Of Competency (VOC) on machines (a big advantage)
* Good attention to detail and quality control
* Australian Citizens
* QLD Driver's license and own reliable transport to attend work (essential)
* Availability to work Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
* Safety-focused people with excellent communication skills
