Our Business Banking Credit Risk team plays a key role in bringing credit risk and data-based decisioning to our growing Business Banking Business. We are an independent risk management team who bring diverse people together, empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities.
About the Role:
We're seeking an Associate Manager/Manager to review and enhance our credit policies to support business strategic growth as well as ensuring we're continuing to manage our portfolio and regulatory risk. You will work with sales, operations, product, and tech to manage the evolution of policy and credit risk related initiatives from feedback to writing/design, and implementation.
This involves proactively managing risks across the portfolio, delivering insights to stakeholders, and reporting to senior internal and regulatory stakeholders on our policies, processes, and regulatory obligations.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years' experience in a risk-based role, preferably in the financial services sector
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work individually and as part of a team
