This newly established position reports directly to the Head of People and Culture and plays a key part in shaping the next stage of the company's HR maturity. Working in a dynamic and agile environment, you'll partner closely with leaders to deliver practical, commercially minded HR solutions that drive performance and engagement across the business. In this role, you will: Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to performance, remuneration, and development. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, leadership, and people management best practice. Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives that position the business as an employer of choice. Review and enhance HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with evolving business needs. Foster employee engagement and represent the company with external groups and industry associations. Design the bonus and incentive frameworks and work with leaders to define KPI's. Drive continuous improvement through HR systems, analytics, and process optimisation. About you: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably within an SME or growing organisation. Broad generalist experience across recruitment, performance, engagement, and compliance. Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law. Confident leader and communicator who builds trust and influence with stakeholders. Experienced in HRIS management and data-driven decision making.
