We're Kiindred, a growing group of brands in the parenting and lifestyle space, and we're looking for a Client Partner to join the team.
The role sits across three parts of the business, which keeps things interesting.
Kiindred, our publisher where we create content and conversations for modern parents
Kiin Creators, our creator platform connecting brands with trusted creators
️ Kiin Agency, our creative and production arm where we build campaigns and ideas with brands
No two days are quite the same.
What the role looks like
* This role sits somewhere between client partner, publisher and agency lead
* You'll work with a portfolio of brands and help bring ideas to life across the different parts of our business - whether that's a content collaboration with Kiindred, a campaign through Kiin Agency, or creator-led work through Kiin Creators and Kiin Talent
* You'll play an important role in shaping partnerships, developing ideas and guiding campaigns from concept through to delivery
* This role tends to suit someone who enjoys working across creative ideas, client relationships and media-driven campaigns, rather than sitting in a single lane
What you'll be doing
* Leading relationships with a portfolio of brands across our publisher, agency and creator/talent clients
* Helping clients understand how our different offerings work together
* Growing partnerships over time rather than treating projects as one-offs
* Identifying new opportunities for collaboration and campaign ideas
* Acting as a trusted partner for clients across both strategy and delivery
Bringing ideas to life
* Working with the team to shape campaign ideas and creative approaches
* Turning briefs into thoughtful responses, proposals and presentations
* Helping guide campaigns from early concept through to delivery
* Ensuring work lands well with both clients and audiences
Connecting the different parts of the business
* Identifying opportunities where Kiindred, Kiin Creators and Kiin Agency can work together
* Helping brands tap into our creators, talent, content and audience in interesting ways
* Making sure great ideas can work across everything we do, but can also work across one part of our business
Keep projects moving
* Managing timelines, scopes and budgets across projects
* Working with internal teams to keep things organised and on track
* Putting together proposals, decks and campaign responses
* Using project tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly

This role suits someone who has already spent a few years leading client relationships or campaigns and is ready to take more ownership in a growing media and creative business.
You'll likely:
* Have worked as a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Client Partner in an agency, publisher or media environment
* Have experience in publishing, media or content-led businesses and understand how brand partnerships work in that space
* Enjoy building relationships and turning them into long-term partnerships
* Be comfortable moving between creative conversations and strategic thinking
* Understand digital platforms and content-led campaigns
* Like solving problems and bringing ideas together
* Be confident leading projects from start to finish
* Have worked across both media partnerships and creative campaigns
* Have experience with creator or influencer-led work
* Enjoy shaping ideas, not just delivering them
* Have a strong understanding of AI and ways to use it to compliment your workflow
