Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager / Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Victorian division. This is a rare opportunity to combine operational leadership, business growth and hands‐on project delivery in a key role within a growing national consultancy.
You'll:
* Lead and manage the Victorian office operations and team performance
* Drive business development, client engagement and market growth
* Take ownership of the division's financial performance, including P&L management
* Mentor and develop engineers across the business
* Deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions and technical oversight
* Collaborate with the executive team on strategic direction and growth initiatives
