**Job Title:** Executive Assistant to Executive
This is an exceptional opportunity to provide pivotal support to a respected Executive. As the trusted right-hand person, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization of commitments.
* Expert calendar management to ensure seamless coordination of tasks;
* Organizing and coordinating travel across NSW with meticulous attention to detail;
* Efficiently scheduling meetings and arranging events with precision;
* Prepare and disseminate reports;
* Managing confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion;
* Facilitate onboarding and induction process for new hires;
* Provide support in managing resource forecasting system; and
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
**Key Requirements:
* At least 8+ years of high-level Executive Assistant experience;
* A keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
* Maintaining a calm and organized approach;
* Polished communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels;
* Strong interpersonal skills and warm, approachable personality to foster positive relationships and support executive success.
