Synopsis:

Boarding Supervisor - Head of Madjirra House

Haileybury Rendall School seek a motivated inspiring house parent to join our Boarding House as Head of Madjirra. This is a permanent full-time role which will include Weekday, Weekend and Overnight shifts during term time, with some travel associated with accompanying students to and from the Boarding House. As Head of Madjirra you will work collaboratively alongside our Directory and Deputy Director of Boarding to assist in creating a fun and supportive environment for our Senior School, International and First Nations Boarding Students.

The position is Permanent Full Time commencing 14th July 2025 and offers 6 weeks annual leave plus an additional 4 to 5 weeks leave, all to be taken during term breaks.

The successful candidate must have cultural awareness and be able to communicate appropriately, both verbally and non-verbally, with students and staff of all ethnic backgrounds.
