Operations Manager Job
The role of an Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities and operations of a business or organization.
In this fully remote work from home position, you will be responsible for managing workforce performance across sites in Southern Queensland, including Amberley, Oakey, and Cabarlah bases.
This involves providing administrative and coordination support to optimise workforce management and ensure operational effectiveness across the region.
* Support Regional Leadership in workforce performance management
* Provide administrative support to optimise workforce management
* Assist with leave approvals and compliance
* Support payroll processes to ensure accurate rostered hours
* Optimise rosters and fill vacancies
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Manage workforce data and provide reports
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong organisational, time management, and data management skills
* Experience in handling complex administrative functions
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office and technologies like Power BI
* Experience in a clinical or defence environment (highly regarded)
