We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has expertise in teaching and learning.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting centre teams to improve their capability in teaching and learning for all children. You will work closely with centre staff to build their knowledge and skills, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality education.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support centre teams to develop their teaching and learning capabilities.
* Provide coaching and guidance to centre staff on best practices in early childhood education.
* Work collaboratively with centre teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education standards and guidelines.
Your Requirements
* A 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university.
* Extensive experience in teaching and learning in early childhood settings.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and other relevant standards and guidelines.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
