Join a well-respected, community-based pharmacy located in a thriving rural centre just under four hours from Melbourne. Known for its strong local relationships and high standard of care, this pharmacy is part of a small, well-resourced group offering genuine career progression. The town itself offers a laid-back lifestyle, warm climate, and vibrant regional culture, including proximity to the renowned Silo Art Trail. As Pharmacist, you'll work alongside the Pharmacy Manager, providing both professional services and dispensary support. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys engaging with the community, values teamwork, and is eager to grow their clinical and leadership skills. You'll be supported by a full team including three dispense technicians, four retail staff, and a Pharmacy Manager.
Key responsibilities
Dispensing and patient counselling using Z Dispense
Delivery of professional services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, and DAA oversight
Liaising with local health professionals and assisting with hospital services as needed (training provided)
Ensuring PBS compliance and contributing to daily pharmacy operations
Supporting a strong customer service culture within the team
Skills Required
General AHPRA registered Pharmacist + 1 year as a pharmacist in Australia
Vaccination certification.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in rural health and professional growth
Willingness to support hospital liaison and clinical services
Salary & Benefits
