The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Roaming Facility Manager to support our 28 Aged Care homes across Tasmania, New South Wales, and Victoria. This role requires the successful candidate to be a Registered Nurse.
The Roaming Facility Manager will have the flexibility to travel to various locations, supporting our residential aged care homes as needed. You will report to the Chief of Residential Aged Care and will be responsible for assisting Facility Managers with daily operations, personnel management, and related matters at our aged care facilities.
The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Tasmania, New South Wales, or Victoria, but must be able to travel regularly to the sites as assigned.
Your Profile:
* Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
* Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
* Ability to relate effectively to the elderly.
* Pragmatic, outcome-focused problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel across VIC, TAS, and NSW.
All candidates must meet the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for working in aged care.
