About the Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Precinct's Restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth service delivery, and compliance with all food, safety and liquor regulations. The role oversees front-of-house operations, staff leadership, rostering and service standards, while working closely with the kitchen and senior management to deliver a high-quality dining experience across regular trade and events.
Key Skills & Experience:
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue
Strong leadership, staff management and rostering skills
Sound knowledge of WHS, food safety and RSA requirements
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets, labour costs and service standards in a fast-paced environment
