Job Title: Ecommerce & Merchandise Manager
We're seeking a seasoned Ecommerce and Merchandise Manager to oversee the end-to-end merch operation, encompassing product development, supplier sourcing, setting up a Shopify store, and scaling fulfillment using 3PL.
* Source and manage suppliers and manufacturers
* Oversee sample runs and quality control measures
* Develop collections aligned with an Aussie lifestyle and outdoor culture
* Implement efficient fulfillment systems using a 3PL provider
* Manage stock levels and reorder procedures
* Partner with creatives to deliver branded merchandise
* Strong experience with Shopify platform
* Background in pick and packing, materials management, and operations
