Are you passionate about shaping the future of young professionals in the legal industry?We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in the role of Human Resources Business Partner - Early Careers. This role will play an instrumental role in attracting, developing, and retaining early career talent in our Sydney office.

While professional services experience would be an advantage, a pragmatic approach to people leadership and previous experience in supporting seasonal clerk and graduate recruitment programs will help you succeed in this role. Key responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our seasonal clerkship recruitment campaigns in Sydney;
* Oversee the smooth delivery of our seasonal clerkship programs, Lawyer Development Program and early career initiatives;
* Lead and be a brand ambassador for the firm at university careers fairs, student networking events and firm presentations;
* Facilitate graduate resourcing needs, performance and development and the rotation process within the 24-month Lawyer Development Program;
* Provide fit-for-purpose advice, solutions and services to partners, managers and employees;
* Coach people leaders on effective people leadership and management practices;
* Anticipate and support change across the business, be involved in projects and lead business improvement initiative;

Required skills and personal attributes

* Strong knowledge and application of HR practices and strategies that support business success.
* Excellent personal presentation and organisational skills, effective administrative ability.
* Empathy, curiosity, problem solving, judgement and an ability to bring forward ideas that will assist the firm achieve its ambition.
