* Learn how to remove damaged panels and parts, and strip upholstery and accessories to gain access.
* Utilize correct procedures and tools to remove dents.
* Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
* Replace damaged panels with new or second-hand ones.
* Fill in holes with plastic filler.
* Repair surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding.
* Cut and join replacement panels on vehicles and refit body hardware, including door locks and trims.
