About your opportunity:
In this position you will: Drive contemporary workforce planning, reform initiatives, and action planning to ensure long-term workforce sustainability and service capability.
Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs, aligned to capability frameworks and delivered in partnership with tertiary institutions and subject matter experts.
Lead cultural transformation across CHHHS through the Workforce Optimising Culture Program, Employee Engagement Strategy, and targeted initiatives that build a values-based, high-performing workforce.
Champion diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and health equity strategies, ensuring culturally safe, inclusive, and mentally healthy workplaces for all staff, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
