This is an opportunity to do the engineering work on a new range of products, ensuring standards compliance, quality evaluations and providing engineering input to all aspects of design and manufacture.
Required
* Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, or related qualification
* 6 years experience in a product development role
* Experience with DFM and FMEA processes
* Understanding of manufacturing processes, specifically: moulding/casting, machining, sheet metal
* Experience with thermal modelling
* Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing
Highly desirable:
* Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management
* Project management skills using agile processes
* Mandarin language skills
Work on developing new products for a prominent Australian company, developing products for consumer and office use.
