Required
* Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
* 6 years experience in a product development role
* Experience with DFM and FMEA processes
* Understanding of manufacturing processes specifically: moulding/casting machining electronic systems
* Experience with test system design
* Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing
Highly desirable:
* Compliance certification
* Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management
* Project management skills using agile processes
* Mandarin language skills
Work on developing new products for a prominent Australian company designing products for consumer and office use.
