Our Social Support Activity Workers are responsible for delivering high-quality, person‐centred support within a community aged care setting and assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activity programmes that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual, fostering a supportive and engaging social environment.

• Facilitate social groups and activities for clients, including singalongs, quiz activities, current affairs discussions, and reminiscing sessions.
• Assist with the day‐program activities and sessions, set up and pack away.
• Work with working knowledge of those living with dementia.
• Assist with client transport.
• Assist with clients' personal care and toileting needs at the centre as required.
• Be customer focused with a passion for working in aged care.

• Cert III Aged Care or Community Services.
• Cert IV in Lifestyle & Leisure or extensive experience in running group activities in an aged care workplace is desirable.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
