In this role, you will connect people with disabilities to employment by promoting services and building strong relationships within the community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prospect Caseload & Client Support: manage prospective client enquiries, guide them through eligibility, and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
* Maintain accurate records in JobReady, documenting interactions and tracking progress.
* Assist clients in gathering medical evidence, facilitate ESAt referrals, and send appointment reminders.
* Community & Employer Engagement: represent the organisation at job fairs, expos, and employment events to promote services and attract clients.
* Social & Community Supports: facilitate access to social support services such as food banks, medical centres, and allied health providers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely and appropriate client support.
To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for inclusive employment and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds. Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required, along with the ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
