Production Supervisor – Sunshine CoastA leading FMCG manufacturer on the Sunshine Coast is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead one of their core teams.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of production operators.
* Building strong engagement on the floor — driving teamwork, communication and accountability.
* Overseeing daily production activities with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency .
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and boost productivity.
* Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a production, manufacturing or FMCG environment (food experience helpful but not essential) .
* Strong people leadership — you naturally build rapport, motivate teams and lift engagement.
* Confident communicator with solid organisational skills.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the floor, not behind a desk.
* Experience with CI/TPM/RCA is beneficial
