About the Job
As Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of guest service, and lead the team when required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting daily operations and handling after-hours needs
* Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
* Mentoring and supporting team members across departments
* Assisting with budgeting and reporting
* Maintaining compliance, safety, and excellent park presentation
* Contributing to guest satisfaction and local marketing efforts
About You
You are a strong, results-driven leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a guest-first approach to everything you do.
Key qualities include:
* Proven leadership experience – preferably in accommodation or a related sector
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Financial awareness and experience with basic budgeting and reporting
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems is an advantage
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
* A valid driver's license and willingness to live on site
