As the Clinical Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role within the customer care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards.

* Ensuring services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards and compliance requirements.
* Driving continuous improvement through data insights, feedback, and process enhancements.
* Supporting business growth by contributing to service innovation and strategic goals.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* Solid understanding of the NDIS environment or other health-related services.
* Experience in a customer-focused service business. Confidence in engaging stakeholders and building external partnerships.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a broader team.
Qualifications:
* Current APHRA registration with no conditions • Diploma of Nursing
