This is not a traditional operations role.
This is the role that keeps the CEO's office moving, leaders aligned, and strategy turning into action.
We are looking for a sharp, highly organised and commercially aware operator to work directly alongside the CEO and senior leadership team. Acting as the central point within the CEO Office, you will ensure priorities are executed, leaders remain accountable, and key initiatives continue to move forward.
This role is similar to a Chief of Staff, but focused on business operations, coordination and execution, with people and HR functions managed by a dedicated HR team.
You will work across the entire leadership team and have visibility across the business — helping ensure the right conversations happen, decisions are captured, and outcomes are delivered.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with the CEO to coordinate priorities across the senior leadership team
* Keeping leaders aligned and accountable to agreed actions and initiatives
* Preparing executive briefings, agendas and meeting material
* Capturing key decisions and actions during leadership meetings
* Managing the CEO's diary and ensuring time is prioritised effectively
* Following up with senior leaders to ensure execution against key business priorities
* Acting as the operational hub within the CEO Office
* Ensuring important projects and initiatives maintain momentum
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-moving environment
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* The confidence to engage with senior leaders and hold them accountable to outcomes
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* The ability to move between strategic discussions and hands-on execution
* Someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-visibility role
