 
        
        PMO Analyst contract opportunity in a large Financial Services organisation 
**Your new company** 
You will be working with a large Financial Services organisation with offices based in Sydney.
**Your new role** 
You will be part of a new team that aims to provide support services to different areas within this Financial Services organisation, as part of wider change and transformation happening across the board. 
You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing contractors' access to timesheets, conducting user access reviews, setting up the performance management capability, budget, looking at internal reporting and stakeholder management with other internal teams. 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator to keep developing their skills or for an EA looking to step into project coordination.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Experience working as an EA or as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst in a corporate setting 
- Excellent organisational skills 
- Experience with administrative tasks and tracking progress 
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
**What you'll get in return** 
You will be offered an initial 6-month contract role with an opportunity for extension and a very competitive daily rate. The role is based in Sydney, offering hybrid working arrangements.
