We are currently hiring a Manager for Brand & Communications who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of online and offline communication strategies. This is a key role for an innovative and dynamic leader to align marketing with the business goals and objectives.
You will contribute to the marketing communications strategy and its implementation to ensure the brand concept is successful across the marketing mix. Your responsibilities include developing relationships with the Marketing teams, providing support to the Sales Teams, Product Development teams, Partners, and clients. You will focus on PR, communications, marketing literature, campaigns, and key communications to maximize engagement and conversion of target audiences. Additionally, you will develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy aligned with the corporate and brand direction, with a focus on the local market. Tracking the effectiveness of all communication and loyalty initiatives across market segments is also essential.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Studies
- Management experience (minimum 5 years) within the services industry, preferably financial services and telecoms
- Exceptional written, oral, proofreading, branding, design oversight, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Creative and innovative thinker, actively presenting new opportunities, proposing solutions, and recommending best practices
- Proficient in computing skills (spreadsheets and Word)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good people management skills with the ability to influence and motivate
- Event management experience
- Strong coaching, training, and mentoring abilities
- Report writing skills
- Ability to supervise staff and maintain discipline
- Pleasant personality and good rapport with customers
Broad experience of the Telecom Industry is preferred.
